Arizona Vintage is a luxurious subdivision found inside McDowell Mountain Ranch. Arizona Vintage was developed by Kaufman & Broad (KB Homes) and consists of just 92 single family homes. Arizona Vintage is located between two communities of McDowell Mountain Ranch: Discovery Trail and Panorama Point (developments by Woodside).  Thompson Peak Parkway and McDowell Mountain Ranch Road embrace the South and West side of Arizona Vintage. Follow the McDowell Mountain Ranch Road East and you will discover the Community Center.  It has amenities including children’s playgrounds and splash pads, beautiful pool and spa, tennis and basketball courts. Desert Canyon Elementary School and Desert Canyon Middle School, rated top schools, are located in the community.  The community loves its’ 20,000 square foot Arabian Library, Aquatic Center with a 600-foot lazy river and 8-lanes lap pool, and a 16,000 sq. ft Skate Park.

In August of 1997 the pricing for Arizona Vintage began at $138,490 for the 1,350 square foot Merlot model. At present, prices range from $600,000 to $785,000. Homes with the best views and largest lots have the highest values.

Arizona Vintage offers 5 different models, 3 single- level and 2 multi-level. These floor plans range from 1350 square feet to 2,316 square feet. Each model was offered in three different exterior “elevations” and also had a number of customizable exterior options. The five different floor plans of Arizona Vintage were named after wine varietals. They are Merlot, Bordeaux, Zinfandel, Chardonnay, and Chablis.These exterior options give the community a unique and varied look. The community itself offers a number of cul-de-sacs making it an ideal spot for families.
