Vermillion Cliffs is a gorgeous sub-division found inside McDowell Mountain Ranch. It was developed by Camelot Homes and contains 73 stunning homesites.

In 1997 pricing began at $264,900 plan and went as high as $346,900 for the two story #934 plan. Presently prices range from $1,000,000 to over $1,800,000.  Homes with the best views and largest lots have the highest values.
