Sienna Canyon is a gorgeous sub-division found inside McDowell Mountain Ranch. It was developed by Coventry Homes and consists of 189 homes. It was developed between 1998 and 2000.

In November of 1998, the pricing for Sienna Canyon began at $274,900 for the Borgata model and went up to $341,900 for the Talavera model. Presently prices range from $1,000,000 to $2,500,000. Homes with the best views and largest lots have the highest values.

There were 6 different models, 3 single-level and 3 multi-level. These floor plans ranged from 2,548 square feet to 3,808 square feet. The six different floor plans of Sienna Canyon are The Borgata, The Catalina, The La Palma, The Marbella, The Riviera, and The Talavera. Eight different floor plan variations were offered. Each model was offered in three different exterior “elevations” and also had a number of customizable exterior options. These exterior options give the community a unique and varied look. A 3 car garage came standard in all of the floor plans. Of the 189 homesites in Sienna Canyon, 130 of the homes have private pools.

Sienna Canyon is found at the end of 105th Street. It is located between the communities of Mirador and Sonoran Estates. Many of the homesites are adjacent to open space. This gives many of these home breath-taking mountain views.

Follow the McDowell Mountain Ranch Road and you will discover the Community Center. It offers accessibility to the marvelous mountain views and the adjacent trail system. It has amenities including a heated pool and spa, community recreation center, BBQ stations, exercise room, and an open space covered with ramadas.

Desert Canyon Elementary School and Desert Canyon Middle School, rated top schools, are located in the community.  The community loves its 20,000 square foot Arabian Library, Aquatic Center with a 600-foot lazy river and 8-lanes lap pool, and a 16,000 sq. ft Skate Park.
