Trovas is a gated community found inside McDowell Mountain Ranch. It was developed by Coventry Homes and consists of 134 homes.

When originally sold, Trovas prices ranged from $338,000 to $412,500. Currently prices range from $1,700,000 to $2,500,000. Homes with the best views and largest lots have the highest values.

The Trovas offers 8 floor plans, 7 single-level and 1 multi-level. These plans range from 2600 square feet to 4,241 square feet. Different floor plans of Trovas are The Sorrento, The Verona, The Alessi, The Caprino, The Dante, The Francesca, The Lido, and The Medici. Each of these floor plans offer 3 different exterior “elevations” along with customized exterior options. These exterior options give the community a unique and varied look. The Lido model also offered the option of a fourth garage or a movie theater.
