The Ridge was developed by Cachet Homes and consists of 102 units.  It is the sister community of Cachet.

In December of 2000 the pricing began at $171,900 for the 1338 square foot Heritage and went as high as $210,900 for the Monarch model. Currently prices range from $500,000’s to $640,000.  Homes with the best views and largest lots have the highest values.

The Ridge offered 3 different floor plans, 2 single-level and 1 multi-level townhouse.  The floor plans ranged in size from 1,338 square feet to 1,810 square feet. The three different floor plans of The Ridge are The Heritage, The Legacy, and The Monarch. Each model had a 2 car garage although the Heritage was also offered with a 1 car garage for a lower price. They also had a number of customizable interior options which created a personal feel inside each home.

Inside the gated community of the Ridge there is a community pool, spa, and fitness center.  There is an additional Homeowner association fee, which includes the use of the facilities as well as all exterior maintenance of the buildings, landscaping, water, sewer, refuse collection and the electronic gated security.

The Ridge is located West of Thompson Peak Parkway and South of Bell Road.  It is North of its sister community, Cachet.

The Ridge is located in the McDowell Mountain Ranch Community. It is north of Cachet, west of Thompson Peak Parkway, south of Bell Road.

The clubhouse and exercise center are available in the Community Center. Views of McDowell Mountains, the Pinnacle Peak and the city lights can surely be enjoyed. It has amenities including a heated community pool and spa, 18- hole public golf course, and a natural open space with Ramadas.

Desert Canyon Elementary School and Desert Canyon Middle School, rated top schools, are located in the community.  The community loves its 20,000 square foot Arabian Library, Aquatic Center with a 600-foot lazy river and 8-lanes lap pool, and a 16,000 sq. ft Skate Park.
