Sonoran Estates is a luxurious gated community found inside McDowell Mountain Ranch. It was built by Shea Homes in 2002 and consists of 92 homes that were built in two different phases.

When Sonoran Estates opened in February of 2002, pricing began at $459,000. The largest model, the Saguaro, prices went as high as $526,500. Currently prices for these gorgeous models start at over $2,200,000.

Sonoran Estates offers 6 single-level floor plans ranging from 3,107 sq. feet to 4,019 sq. feet. The six different floor plans of Sonoran Estates are the Paloma, Sabino, Carino, Santana, Topanga, and the Saguaro.
